The ordering was a snap. Laurie and her husband were amazingly responsive and persistent. I had asked for the earliest delivery time which was the next day. Laurie called to say they hadn't done the hospital delivery run yet and did I want them delivered today. Yes! When they went to the hospital they were told the recipient was discharged, so they called to get a home delivery address. No one was home! So I called and discovered the hospital had given the wrong info. The recipient had just been transferred to a different floor, so they went back for a third delivery attempt, always in the calls friendly, professional and dedicated to excellent service. Will use again!
