I live in another country and wanted to send flowers to my uncle who was coming home after 21 days in the hospital. I looked online for flower shops near their house and had a good feeling about Laurie Anne's. The morning after placing an order I received a sweet text from her with a picture of the arrangement she made (see below) to make sure I was happy with it. She even upgraded the vase and added a few extras to the bouquet. She kept me posted through the entire process until the flowers were safely delivered. Her customer service was like the good old days when people treated you like neighbors, friends and family and sincerely cared every step of the way. The arrangement delivered was very close to the advertised picture, and even had a few more roses. They delivered them the same day, very promptly. I will be using their company again.
