I was blown away by Laurie Anne. She called me to let me know that she did not have ivy in stock because it is seasonal and told me that she would make sure that it was very nice and would upgrade the vase for me. She also told me that she would send me a picture (I am out of town from the recipient) so I could see them. She did! They were gorgeous and the recipient loved them and even said "The vase is so beautiful!" Thank you so much for the awesome service!!!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers and had them delivered to my wife for our anniversary, the arrangement had additional flowers added to it at no additional cost and Laurie’s Anne’s house of flower communicated via text with the status of my delivery. Hands down the best florist I’ve dealt with.

I live in another country and wanted to send flowers to my uncle who was coming home after 21 days in the hospital. I looked online for flower shops near their house and had a good feeling about Laurie Anne's. The morning after placing an order I received a sweet text from her with a picture of the arrangement she made (see below) to make sure I was happy with it. She even upgraded the vase and added a few extras to the bouquet. She kept me posted through the entire process until the flowers were safely delivered. Her customer service was like the good old days when people treated you like neighbors, friends and family and sincerely cared every step of the way. I highly recommend Laurie and pour blessings and gratitude to her for such a great experience. Thank you Laurie!
